At SHOEGR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or shoe care products don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and place them back in the original SHOEGR packaging.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
